Before we start thinking something out-of-box or creative, the very first comment that comes from the weakest brain cells is “There is a RISK, you must not do it”. And slowly we start believing in it and it overcomes the strongest cells. The result is… We give up!!
You know the real problem is, we don’t believe our strengths. We may brag upon it, fill our resume with it but in reality we don’t believe on it… on our STRENGTHS.
I agree, there is RISK, but it is even in Sitting inside your home, bowing inside temple, walking on pavements, every single place- every single second, we are taking RISK. So what do we do then?
Let’s take an incident. Suppose you want to master swimming on your own. Why I say, on your own is, because most of the time, MONEY is the reason of not taking RISK. So how will you do that?
You may get drowned, you may die. What if you die? How will your family survive? What about your friends? And hundred more similar questions will be raised by your instincts, which by that time are actually making you believe that, YOU ARE TAKING A HUGE RISK BY JUMPING IN THE POND. But again, on the flip side, you have sufficient interest and energy to do it.
Now whenever we are at a cross road, most of the time, we give up taking risk. We never think that we still have that Strength in us. You need to believe your strengths. If you don’t, then who will?
Now, before taking a Risk, you must ensure that there is a Strong pillar behind you which can pull you back whenever you feel it’s time to step a little back, plan more rigorously and then again take a jump.
Now its time to jump. You have made a strong base by now; in this case, it is a well-built tree near by the pond. Take a rope, and tie its one end around your waist and the other end round the tree. Check its endurance. You are all set to make a dip. You are more confident now, as you know, anytime you can pull yourself out with the help of the tree and the rope. But think, instead of tree, if you would have tied your rope round a rose plant then what could have been the result? Rose plant and you, both could have been in the pond as the former is so weak to take the weight of your dreams and strength. So, the point here is, the Savior should be resilient. It can be anyone, a person, your family, a good bank balance, a friend or your own attitude towards life.
Now, as you have taken a jump, you are just there to Swim, Swim and Swim until you have challenged your limits. Failing is just an event to make you sharpen your skills even better. If failed, don’t give up. Relax, concoct a better plan, and scrutinize your mistakes and Get Set Go!! Another jump in the pond!!
If you keep on doing it, then there is no fortune to stop you from being the best swimmer, the world is waiting for!! From Pond to river then to Sea… keep challenging the waves and make them bow before you!!
Swimming is just an instance. You do what you want to do. Just, have a strong believe in yourself, your strengths!!
“Nothing is written unless you take the pain to write it for yourself “
“Before you strengthen your believes…. start Believing your Strengths… Only then you can succeed”
